Dollar Storm is an awesome iteration of Lightning Link and has launched with four themes: Egyptian Jewels, Ninja Moon, Emperor’s Treasure and Caribbean Gold which is what I feature in this slot video. Caribbean Gold is essentially a clone of Lightning Link Best Bet and Lightning Link Moon Race with one important difference: the addition of the new Super Grand Jackpot Feature. It’s also a clone of another Dollar Storm title: Dollar Storm Emperor’s Treasure!

Dollar Storm has two primary bonus features: the Free Games Feature and the Hold & Spin Feature. The Free Games feature is initiated by landing 3, 4 or 5 bonus symbols for 10, 15 or 25 free games respectively, with the potential for retriggers for 5 additional spins for landing 3 or more additional bonus symbols. During the bonus, all non-premium symbols have been removed giving you a better shot to Fill The Screen for that Big Win or Jackpot.

The Hold & Spin Feature is initiated by landing 6 or more coin bonus symbols which can have either Credit Awards, Progressive Jackpots or the special “Super Grand Chance” on them. During the Hold & Spin feature you start with 3 spins and for every spin where you land at least one additional bonus symbol your spin count resets to 3, where the goal is to Fill the Screen. When you run out of spins the bonus ends and your jewels are totaled for your bonus. If you Fill the Screen, you receive the Grand Progressive Jackpot!

The Super Grand Chance Feature is initiated whenever you land the special Super Grand Chance bonus symbol during the Hold & Spin feature. After the feature completes, you select it for either $1000, $1500, $2000, $2500 or the Super Grand Prize which is a linked Progressive – or even HIGHER VALUES if the machine you’re playing is a high-limit version! Unlike Lightning Link and Dragon Link, I don’t believe the Major and Grand Progressive Jackpots can be won randomly in this game, which makes sense with the introduction of this new feature.
