The Fortune Bear slot machine is part of Ainsworth’s “Wheel Winner” series of games which in many ways are like their “Quad Shot Progressive” slots even though the progressive mechanism doesn’t look that similar, at least on the surface. In this series of games, if you get a 5-reel hit, the “Wheel Winner” feature is activated which will award you a progressive or a credit award, based on the type of 5-reel line hit you receive: the more you bet, the greater your chances to land on a “Jackpot Wedge” of the wheel. While I’ve not done the analysis, I assume the odds are similar to landing on one of the special “Quad Shot” symbols in the 5th reel necessary for a progressive on the Quad Shot games, such as Electric Nights, one of my favorites!
