Today I scratch off three of the much anticipated “HIT 9” lottery tickets from the Indiana Lottery. These are the newest $20 scratch off lottery tickets from the Indiana Lottery. I was hoping to find a win on this new scratch ticket, and that’s exactly what happened!! I’ve found when a new scratch off ticket first is released it’s usually has a lot of winners in the beginning, and this theory turned out to prove right again.
