Today I scratch off a few of the NEW lottery ticket scratch offs from the Indiana Lottery. I was really excited to see that one of the new tickets was the “GOLDEN TICKET”. I’ve seen a lot of states with this ticket, and I think this is the first time Indiana has released a version of it. The other ticket I scratched off had a interesting concept and design to it. A winner was found on one of these scratch off tickets.
