I decided to buy the last three of the “Hit 9” scratch off lottery tickets in the pack for today’s video. I had played a few others from this particular pack of scratch off tickets and hadn’t had much luck. I was hoping to find a BIG WIN on one or more of the last three…was a winner found on any of these tickets…watch to find out.
