WIN ON NEW LOTTERY TICKET!! Today I scratch off one of the new “Loaded” scratch off tickets. The interesting thing about this particular scratch off lottery ticket are the odds of winning on it. As with any scratch off ticket, the odds aren’t in the players favor, but with this ticket that is especially true, but a WIN was found on this ticket despite the odds.
